REVIEW: From my perspective, Dr. Nazari is a miracle worker! Another provider did cateract surgery on my left eye. I didn't go well and I was left with significantly impaired eyesight in this eye. After several additional opinions, I was referred to Dr. Nazari as one of the best. He was. Based on my previous experience, I was hesitant to take a chance on my remaining eye. Dr. Nazari was very reassuring. Two days after the surgery a whole new world opened up to me: I was seeing details and graduations in color I hadn't experienced in decades! I also am experiencing more clarity than ever. He's the best!

 

Just wanted to say that you are miracle workers. I used to have to pull over in a rain storm during the day was very concerned to drive at night. Now rainstorms aren't a problem and I can drive perfectly well at night. The cataract surgery was one of the greatest changes I have experienced in life. sr

 

The care I received at this facility was beyond words. The staff was knowledgeable and professional and made very calming and relaxing by the staff. Dr Nazari is still the best ever!

 

I will definitely recommend to friends and family. If I had a third eye I would go to Dr. Nazari again!!!

I am very happy with my experiencefrom the 1st consultation to my cataract surgery. The office personnel has been very pleasant and helpful, and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The day of surgery went very smooth. Day fo surgery everyone explained everything that was going on and what they were doing. I especially enjoyed the staff in the operating room. Overall this was the very best experience I have ever had in hospital/outpatient surgery center. In addition to the facility and staff, the surgical skills of Dr Nazari is impressive. His perfect placement of my two Toric IOLs has left me with 20/20 vision after one week. Thanks for the job well done by the entire team.

 

This was my 2nd cataract to be removed (2nd eye). I cannot compare it to anyone else, but I was absolutely amzed at how everyone was so caring an took such interest is what was being done. From the receptionist in the outer office to Dr Nazari, I couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you so much!

I had cataract surgery and writing this without glasses...whoo hoo! Dr. Nazari was the only Doctor my Optometrist would send me to. He even sent a Family member to him and that says a lot. Last month I had my first surgery. Dr. Nazari's staff made me feel like I was the only patient they had that day. This was very comforting as I had no idea what the process would be. When I had the second surgery, many said they remembered me. That was nice to hear. Dr. Nazari did a meet and greet both times before my procedures. He answered all my questions and never seemed rushed. This is great surgeon with a warm and caring bedside manner. It's like hitting the lottery...a good Doctor who's nice and a staff that "sets the bar" for all others. My only suggestion is that you do not deviate from the "marching orders" the day of your surgery. I sort of did and they almost sent me home. Joyful Joy and Roxy, who were going over the check list, had the anesthesiologist come and talk to me. After much discussion that said it would be OK, but I wound up going last. So, if they tell you you're only allowed to have toast, then toast it is. Many thanks to everyone. I've had glasses since the 4th grade and now I don't have to look for them as soon as I get up in the morning. And maybe, just maybe, my golf game will improve. Christine B 

 

I am 58 years old and had been wearing glasses or contacts since I was seven….I was fine with the contacts until about 2 years ago when I started having problems with dryness and not being able to see clearly. I had been using one contact for up close and one for far away for about 15 years, so I never had to worry about glasses – just the contacts. 

After Dr. Willson, my eye doctor, tried everything to help my situation, he highly recommended that I go for a consultation with Dr.Nazari It was the best decision I could have ever made. With a lot of precise measuring and analyzing, Dr. DenBeste felt like he could help my situation. He took so much time checking, rechecking, and looking at my individual situation that I felt very confident going into the surgery. With his preciseness and care during the surgery, he helped me to feel relaxed and assured. 

Today I am so pleased and excited! I don’t have to worry about solutions, losing my contacts, getting something under the contact, etc. But the best thing is I can see clearly! I have the freedom to go to sleep while watching TV and not having to worry about taking out my contacts. I don’t have to grab those glasses when I get up in the mornings. (It took me a while to get used to that!) I can go swimming and snorkeling with now worries about losing a contact or not being able to see! There really is a freedom in being able to see! 

I opted to have one eye corrected for reading and one for distance. Since I had been seeing like that with my contacts, it wasn’t a problem getting used to it at all. Here I am at 58 seeing like I did when I was 6! What an amazing miracle! Teri

 

Now that I know how incredible the Lasik procedure is, I would have paid 3x as much.  It is an incredible investment for the right person. 

Having been born astigmatism and myopia, I constantly struggled through countless pairs of glasses and contacts. Growing weary of dry contacts, broken glasses, and tired eyes, I began researching various corrective eye surgery options in late 2008. LASIK appeared to be my best option. This was confirmed by my optometrist who referred me to your. Your sound advice comforted me and helped me to become confident in the process.  The procedure went flawlessly and the results were absolutely incredible. My vision is better than I could have ever imagined and markedly better than with any corrective lenses I've worn. A year later, I have no negative side effects whatsoever. I wanted to let you know that 7 months after having my eyes corrected by laser - and I chose monovision, I could not possibly be more pleased.  I think I had realistic expectations about the monovision treatment - it is a reprogramming of your brain, and I have felt complete satisfaction with the results.  I do not need reading glasses of any kind while my distance vision amazes those around me.  The absolute best is going from reading a menu in a dimly lit restaurant to speaking with the person across the table - and visually not being able to recognize which eye is taking over.  That's my definition of a satisfying outcome.  

Initially I was scared to death, thinking "this is it, I'm now going to be blind", but I studied everything I could, received the advice of my local eye doctor and took the plunge.  Actually, your and your office staff made me feel very comfortable and understood what I finally wanted.  I thank you.  I felt like a new person the day after the procedure, and I tell everyone how easy the procedure is and how personally satisfying the results can be, monovision or plain distance vision.  

I would like to add a note about selecting monovision over distance vision in both eyes.  You have to understand that depth perception will need getting used to (I was already enjoying monovision contact lenses for several years) .  This will be especially important while driving at night (daytime isn't as bad).  With practice you'll be fine.  Another assurance to those choosing monovision - if it's not for you, you can always have that "reading" eye changed to a distance eye.  Most people do not know this.  This is a fantastic procedure that is safe, effective, and life-changing.  Now, I can't imagine not wanting to have this done.  I cannot thank you enough.

I have worn glasses since 2nd grade and I am now 50 years old.  My husband got Lasik surgery for my birthday.  At first I was VERY nervous but after my initial consultation my fears statred to wane. When it was time for surgery, I felt very confident that all would go well.  I felt no pain and can see really, really good now!  

 

The only problem I have is getting out of the habit of searching for my glasses when I hop out of bed!!

As I had worn monovision contacts for the last 19 years, I was finally ready to try the Lasik.  I am extremely pleased with the outcome.  I gained additional clarity on both my distance and close up vision.

No more solutions, containers, cleaning or time inserting the contacts or removing them from my eyes and no more glasses when the contacts were removed.  It is nice to have no more irritation from contacts during the late night hours of the day.  Best of all I see great from the time I wake up until the time I go to bed.

I am sure you hear this all of the time but I only wish I had decided to have my Lasik procedure done years ago.  My wife had her Lasik procedure done by you many years ago, she had worn glasses and contacts since childhood and she to was pleased with the outcome.  We are now a Lasik family.

Anyone considering the surgery should not procrastinate.  You cannot imagine what it is like to have your vision corrected and be done with glasses and contacts.

Having my vision restored was something I never dreamed possible but you and your staff made it happen.  Thanks again.

I can not even begin to tell you how happy and satisfied with the surgery and excellent service you provided for me. I have been a glasses wearer most of my life and they have always gotten in my way whether it was sports, the military and even in my social life.

 

Currently, I work in the Information Technology field which sometimes requires me to go in and out of environment controlled computer/telephone rooms where the air conditioning makes the room colder than normal. Well, going in and out to get tools and equipment I need becomes a burden when your glasses keep fogging up. 

 

As for sports, I no longer have to hurry up and put contact lenses on or worry about solution for them or even worse wear the sport goggles that make me look silly.

 

Finally as far as my social life, I just feel so much better. Many friends and acquaintances have told me I look a lot better without glasses and not having them makes me feel a lot more confident about my appearance. Let's be honest, everyone feels better about themselves when they feel confident in their appearance.

 

The best part of all was the fact that you and your staff made me feel very comfortable. I have had friends that have told me that they have gone to other places and they had very little interaction with the surgeon until the actual procedure. In my case though we spoke at length during the entire procedure. From the first day we met when you gave me an exam for my candidacy all the way through my surgery. I felt very comfortable with the way you treated me and that made the entire experience very relaxing and easy. I have already recommended you to several friends and again THANK YOU very much.
